Membership Term & conditions 

• The membership what you generally receive is free, this is to work towards the exchange of information and ideas and to build the research and development activities in the field of Medical, Dental, Engineering & Technology for the service of mankind and the advancement of general welfare. The membership is granted based upon the following conditions.
• All the Individual Members can avail the ID card and the Institutional Members can avail the Membership Certificate, which will be shipped after the 3-6 months of membership approval.
• All the Institute of Research Engineers and Doctors Member must opt an Associate Network. An Individual Member can opt only one Associate Network; but as many as research group of that Associate Network can be opted.
• SAARD membership is a LIFE membership (for 3 years from the date of issue). After that you have to make a fresh application based on the (new) terms and conditions prevailing then and there.
• All the members, by default, will be there in the SAARD Medical, scientific and technical committees of the conferences, seminar, workshop or any research and development activities organized or sponsored by the association.
• Any change in your affiliation, address and email id should be informed to SAARD, well in advance, in a prescribed format.
• The association will invite/offer you to attend/organize/Renew to be part of any conferences, seminar, workshop or any medical, and engineering research activities etc.
• If an SAARD Official contacts you for any specific purpose/research activity you will have to reply within 48-96 hours. For any specific reason, if the SAARD Official is not able to reach you (or not getting appropriate responds) at the given address the membership stands cancelled without any notice. That to abide all the rules and regulations of the SAARD and its Associate Networks from time to time.
